Dick - The following is a statement from myself and Tory(daughter) in an attempt to describe the incredible management and support you gave us in - both  MANAGEMENT & RENTING OF OUR VACATION HOME as well as the subsenquent sale of our property in La Quinta. If you wish to publish this on your web page, go ahead.

We just completed a "Short Sale" on our property at Legacy Villas, in La Quinta.  it took 10 months of work with 1)1st & 2nd mortgagors, short sale negotiators 2) buyers, 3) Real Estate agent for buyers, 4)Escrow company, 5) the Villa caretaking entities, 6) vacation renters, and 7) marketing the property!

Dick Reynen, our Broker, lead all negotiations from initial purchase agreement through the 2 different bank negotiators to final sale approval from all concerned.  More times than we care to remember, the transaction team gave him a large "NO" to the sale for a varity of reasons and each time, he solved the problems with more negotiations and other unique ideas he made to the bank people in order to save this sale for us.  Since I have a security clearance, a foreclosure could have cost me my job, of many years. He saved all that for me through his continued negotiations with the banks.  Without his honest efforts, this sale would not have been completed!

Most importantly...The stress and turmoil of the sale while keeping our home rented, which helped keep me afloat, we not only depended on, but totally trusted Dick to get the job done! In return, the bank, escrow company and the buyers also completely trusted him.  He lives up to his reputation as being up front and honest.
